Black and White

Since the last post might have seemed a little nasty to some people, I have to post something else to alleviate the tension, so, er, here it is!
Today the news are talking about the explosions in London, and they came towards to a Bush's speech at the G8 Summit, saying something like this: "While we are here reunited in order to save lives, those terrorists are killing innocent people." Sounds interesting, isn't it? More recently, who has started a war in Iraq to take control of the petrol in Middle East, using as a fictitious reason the fight for a better world, where democracy rules? Well, he might feel that democracies are easier to control. And why do they always invent reasons to attack the middle east countries? Why don't they just say they want the petrol for cheaper prices? It's a less noble reason, but at least is the right one. I would believe their altruism if they tried to conquer those poor countries that have few natural resources, but where people could live so much better lives if their leaders spent the money with country development, and not with proprieties and expensive cars.
On the other hand, we have the islamic terrorists, who are just giving another big fictitious reason for USA to attack their countries. Some people don't know how can religions be a reason to make war. Well, sometimes it isn't. Sometimes there are political interests behind, especially in the leaders of the movements. But the kamikazes themselves are people whose education and/or lives was made in order to feel happy with the sacrifice. I risk myself to compare that type of "programmation" to the one in occidental-type societies who says competition is healthy. In other places, people are told the opposite, that one must work for the group success, and not for the individual, and then everyone will be happier.
So, who is the good guy and the bad guy? Are terrorists worse people than us? Or they just have a different education and mentality? Just something to think about...

THE BIG PUSHER disse...

This on going war..is all about power tripping.

Even if we are vigilant, people will still create havoc.

Isn't it ironic that people who are influential thinks only of what is better for himself and not for his countrymen..

Life is too short for all this bickering. To them I say: Have a Break! Take a KITKAT! I love chocolates!
